We specialise in the sourcing of building land. We will, of course, arrange for you to see as many available properties as possible at your convenience. We will organise your purchase and we can help to supervise the ‘permissions process’ which will follow any decision to build or to renovate a property on this beautiful Island. We have privileged access to surveyors, engineers, architects, notaries and accountants to help with the details.

Our expert builders and skilled contractors can help at every stage, whether you are building from scratch, renovating an old house or simply adding your own requirements to a newly-bought house or apartment.

Our associates include masons, carpenters, ceramicists, plumbers, electricians and engineers. No project is too large for us. We also provide efficient repair cover for all properties, whether bought from us or not. Our service is local, friendly and, above all, reliable.

We have a recognised expertise in the construction of swimming pools and ‘sternas’.

We also undertake to inspect, secure and maintain your property during absence from the Island. Cleaning services can also be arranged.
